John and Darlene Arneson from Mandt Lodge in Stoughton
will present their civil war genealogy trip and study
of John’s great grandfather’s experiences as a member of the Union Army.
William Seamonson fought with Wisconsin's' 23rd Division in the
Red River, Vicksburg, and Mobile campaigns.
The Viking Cultural Treasure Chest may also make an appearance.
All are welcome.
Refreshments will be served.

Richard Moen from Stoughton will present
“A Blind Man on the Prairie”
about the life of Henry Hendrickson,
a blind boy who emigrated with his parents from Valdres, Norway
to the Stoughton area in 1847.
The program is based on Hendrickson's autobiography:
“Out from the Darkness: An Autobiography of a Scandinavian Bartimaeus”.
All are welcome.

Annual Lutefisk and Meatball Dinner
4:30 pm social hour
5:00 pm meal
La Sure's Banquet Hall, Oshkosh

We'll be serving up a smorgasbord of Norwegian delights:
lutefisk, meatballs, sides, lefse, and Norsk goodies for dessert.
Cost is $30 for members, $33 for non-members.
Children 7-12: $15
Children 6 and under are free.
